Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only on limited items. not all items can be exchange.  NO RETURNS.
  • At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels and it is the customers obligation to pay shipping costs to the returns department.
  • Please allow up to 7 working business days for the return to be processed (We suggest getting a return tracking so you know exactly when we have received)

  • Once processed, a $2.99 handling and processing fee per item will be deducted from the amount refunded to you

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Exchange Policy

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 15 days of receiving your package.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and damage free.
  • Merchandise must have original tags attached.
  • "Final Sale" merchandise cannot be exchanged.
  • Hats. hair accessories and earrings cannot be exchanged.
  • All footwear exchanges must show no signs of wear.

U.S. and International Easy Exchange

 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

If you would like to make an exchange, follow our exchange process and you will be issued store credit to repurchase desired exchange item. In the event an item of equal value is to be exchanged, we will not issue store credit but will do a even exchange.

Online store credit can only be used at our website www.shopinvitationonly.com

We are unable to transfer this to another person or account.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit or gift card will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Store credit is issued in USD only.

Store credit will not expire.
